Refund Policy

Most refund policies are written by lawyers to be survived. This one is written to be used. Two promises, one email address, no hoops.

PROMISE 01

14-day money-back

If you take out your first subscription and decide within 14 days that ClientsCave isn't for you — for any reason, including "I just changed my mind" — email us and we refund the payment in full.

  • Applies to the first payment of your first subscription, whatever the plan.
  • Still valid if you've already spent credits — judging the leads is what the 14 days are for.
  • Credit packs too: refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven't spent any credits from the pack.
PROMISE 02

Dead-lead credit-back

Every lead is checked by a human before it's published, but public posts can die between our check and your unlock. If they do, the credit comes back. The risk of a stale lead sits with us, not you.

  • Covered: the source post was deleted, the role was already filled, or the listed contact route doesn't exist.
  • Report within 7 days of unlocking and we return the credit to your balance once confirmed.
  • Not covered: a live, accurate lead where the client simply chose someone else or never replied — that's the part no service can promise.
How to claim

One email. That's the process.

  1. STEP 01

    Email us

    Send a message to hello@clientscave.com from your account email. For a money-back claim, that's genuinely all we need. For a dead lead, include the lead reference and what you found (filled, deleted, unreachable).

  2. STEP 02

    A human replies within one business day

    No ticket purgatory, no 'have you tried clearing your cache'. We check, we confirm, we action it. We may ask one question — what didn't work for you — because the answer makes the product better. Answering is optional.

  3. STEP 03

    Money or credits, back where they came from

    Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. Credit-backs land in your account the moment we confirm the lead was dead.

The fine print, kept short

Renewals. The 14-day money-back promise covers your first subscription payment. Renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for — so the most a forgotten cancellation can cost you is one billing period, and if you email us within 48 hours of an accidental renewal we'll refund that too.

Fair use. These promises exist because we'd rather lose a refund than keep an unhappy customer's money. We reserve the right to refuse claims that abuse them — repeatedly subscribing and refunding, or reporting live leads as dead. In practice this affects almost no one.

Your statutory rights. Nothing on this page reduces your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
